Position Summary
iEducate is seeking a Director of Educator Pathways to lead tutor recruitment, training, placement, and management to ensure high-quality tutoring services and teacher development. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration with school districts, and a data-driven approach to program success. The Director will oversee multiple teams and maintain alignment with organizational goals and district expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Management:
- Develop and oversee strategies for tutor recruitment, selection, placement, and management.
- Supervise the Senior Manager of Tutor Recruitment, Selection, & Placement and Tutor Supervisors, providing development and support.
- Ensure program effectiveness through strategic execution and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with district and school stakeholders, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing program success.
- Oversee campus stakeholder training and maintain regular communication with district leadership.
- Support Tutor Supervisors in addressing school stakeholder concerns.
- Oversee all facets of the Tutor Program
- Ensure high-quality data collection and reporting on tutor performance and program impact.
- Represent iEducate at conferences and stakeholder meetings.
- Align tutoring programs with broader organizational strategy.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education or related field; Doctorate preferred.
- 7-10 years in program management, curriculum, instruction, or professional development.
- Expertise in program operations, including onboarding, management, and offboarding.
- Proven leadership in overseeing high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Experience developing program frameworks, evaluating performance, and using data-driven insights.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building with schools, districts, government agencies, and community organizations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Adaptability to program shifts with a results-oriented focus on achieving KPIs.
- Background in education, tutoring programs, or nonprofit management.
