Description
The PAO (Product Acceleration Office) intern supports the organization's transformation to the new IEEE product operating model. The intern will learn and deliver business value using this team's IT capabilities and assets and work closely with the IT and Business team members. The intern must have excellent written, oral communication, and technical skills. Assist the team in understanding and documenting user stories, evaluating and reviewing them with the business and technical teams, and understanding the agile processes and deliverables. This is a challenging experience and the chance to contribute to our digital transformation initiative.
Job Responsibilities :
Partner with the PODs (Product Oriented Delivery teams) to work with stakeholder interviews, document and artifact analysis
- Communicate and collaborate proactively with teams to analyze functional and technical needs, create user stories, process flow diagrams, etc..
- Partner with the team in scheduling / prioritizing work testing, documentation, and support
- Help the PAO team using the new IEEE Product Operating model and assist in scaling activities
- Ensure all training and documentation is in place for the new model
- Learn and help with reporting metrics related to the new model (velocity, team performance, etc.)
- Learn new technologies and use them
