Department: Quality
Supervisor: Quality Manager
Hours per Week: 40 - MON - THURS 2:00 pm – 12:00 am with a half hour paid for lunch, overtime as required. Working hours are subject to change based on production demands.
Position Title: Quality Inspector / Quality Technician - Based on Experience
Position Description and Duties:
- Provide quality assurance support to production
- Inspect parts to validate that they meet Quality Assurance specifications provided and complete documentation
- Sort and Repack product
- Production audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use of PPE
- Use various gages

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Experience Desired:
- Minimum 1 year experience working in quality preferred; using gauges such as calipers, micrometers, etc. Prefer CMM and/or Zeiss scanner experience. Willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, or ability to learn. GD&T experience preferred.
- Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
- Basic verbal and written communication skills (English language), ability to read and understand work instructions and standard operating procedures, ability to count accurately and perform basic mathematical calculations
- Solid work history, excellent attendance record required
- Must be able to take direction and work as part of a team
- Basic computer skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with IQMS or other ERP software preferred
- Experience in an ISO certified environment is preferred
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis, stand for a minimum of 8 hours, and have full motor movement
