The Vice President, Clinic Operations Care Division will work collaboratively with medical directors, clinical teams, and administrative staff to achieve program goals, enhance patient experience and outcomes, and drive continuous improvement. This position is responsible for leading all aspects of the Care Division (CD) operations, including physical, mobile, and virtual sites of care. Oversight responsibilities will include development of operational processes and workflows for the medical practices, staff resource planning, and the effective use of technology. The incumbent will be a key participant in the strategic planning and goal setting process for the Care Division (CD).

- Ten (10) years of experience in healthcare leadership in an ambulatory setting
- Superior leadership experience with proven ability to exercise good judgement and interact effectively with senior management, patients, physicians and staff
- Experience with HR management, employee relations and teambuilding
- Experience with process improvement and strategic planning concepts
- Prior hands-on involvement with medical group management and implementing new practices preferred
- Experience with non-traditional clinic models such as mobile and virtual preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution preferred
- Medical Practice leadership certification (MGMA, AMGA) preferred
- Thorough knowledge and understanding in the following:
- Clinical regulations for medical clinic operations (CLIA, OSHA, etc.)
- Policies and guidelines of the California Medi-Cal system
- Medical terminology, insurance requirements, professional billing
- Excellent written, verbal communication, meeting facilitation and presentation skills
- Can perform at intermediate level of Word and Excel
- Ability to analyze financial statements and develop budgets
- Skilled in organizing work to achieve divisional goals and objectives
- Proven ability to:
- Assume and delegate responsibility to achieved desired results
- Collaborate and manage change in financial, operational and business development areas
- Analyze and interpret complex data, research and prepare comprehensive reports, and monitor quality controls standards
Pay Range
- $246,355.20 USD Annually - $344,905.60 USD Annually
