About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Weekend Fulfillment Center operations team. This leadership role focuses on overseeing picking and shipping functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth daily operations. What You'll Do with help and direction from the Weekend Supervisor:
- Lead and motivate a team of 25 warehouse associates in picking and shipping operations
- Ensure daily goals and productivity targets are met or exceeded
- Monitor order accuracy and on-time shipping performance
- Train team members on best practices, processes, and safety procedures
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate fulfillment activities
- Track performance data using warehouse management systems, and Google Sheets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with problem-solving and process improvements
Requirements:
- 2 years of warehouse or fulfillment center experience
- Previous leadership experience required
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WMS systems, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work the full schedule: Saturday – Tuesday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM with overtime as needed.
Preferred:
- Bilingual – Spanish/English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
