Therapist owned and operated, IEP Therapy is currently looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Indianapolis, IN area to join our team. This is a full-time role during school hours.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities :
- Prepare, collect, analyze data on observable student behavior
- Use data to assist with implementation of skill acquisition and behavioral assessments
- Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans
- Document interventions, progress data, and observation notes
- Actively support and participate in the district and community’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity goals
- Support district as needed
- Regular and consistent attendance required
