Therapist owned and operated, IEP Therapy is currently looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the DeKalb, IL, area to join our team. We currently have the following position available for the 2025-2026 school year:
PART TIME POSITION AVAILABLE:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst position serving a public school with a student population of PreK - 12th grade. Caseload TBD.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities:
- Prepare, collect, analyze data on observable student behavior
- Use data to assist with implementation of skill acquisition and behavioral assessments
- Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans
- Document interventions, progress data, and observation notes
- Actively support and participate in the district and community’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity goals
- Support district as needed
- Regular and consistent attendance required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Special Education, Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Current BCBA Certification required
