IEP Therapy is currently looking to hire an Educational Sign Language Interpreter in the Marengo, IL area for a school based interpreter position. We currently have the following position available for the 2024-2025 school year:
FULL/PART TIME POSITION AVAILABLE:
- Educational Sign Language Interpreter needed in a public school setting working with Pre-K thru 12th grade students.
Sign Language Interpreter Responsibilities:
- Provide interpreter services for deaf and hard of hearing students.
- Provide voice interpreting as needed.
- Confer with classroom teachers in order to prepare for interpreting services.
- Assist in collection and collaboration of materials used by deaf and hard of hearing students.
Sign Language Interpreter Qualifications:
- Educational Interpreter Certification required
