Therapist owned and operated, IEP Therapy is currently looking to add a School Social Worker in the Minooka, IL area to our team. We currently have a full- or part-time position available for the 2024-25 school year.
School Social Worker Responsibilities :
- Provide direct school social work services to referred students
- Provide individual and group therapeutic counseling to students and their families
- Identify academic problems through analysis of factors impinging on student adjustment including factors in the home, school, and community
- Determine and implement appropriate therapeutic strategies to effect changes in behavioral / social interactions of students and their families
