What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Associate position at IES Abroad?
Status: Part-time, temporary, non-exempt
Schedule: Three 7.5 hour days per week
Reports to: Advancement Database Specialist
Direct reports: None
Start date: ASAP - This is a temporary assignment expected to last six months, with the possibility of extension upon mutual agreement.
Location: Chicago, IL (hybrid) or Remote

Overview
IES Abroad’s Advancement Office seeks a detail oriented, data entry professional, to record data from digital scans to Excel worksheets configured for data imports.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Retrieve information from documents, forms and other related documents and enter to Excel worksheets
- Keep records of tasks, files, and progress
- Communicate with team members
- Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Commit to and demonstrate values and promotion of diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism.
- Any other task or duty as assigned or required
- Data entry professional that has at least one year of experience in data entry
- Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- Detail oriented
- Ability to demonstrate values and promotion of diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism required.
- Commitment to accuracy and quality of work
- Associates degree in Business and Admin
$25-$27/HR
