Administrative Assistant

IES Electrical, seeking full-time Administrative Assistant in Lithia Springs, GA.

Job Summary

• Collects and verifies timekeeping records
• Completes processing of information into payroll/timekeeping software systems
• Assists with day-to-day payroll and record-keeping operations
• Organizes workload to comply with deadlines and priorities
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with other departments including Accounting and HR

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience
• Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish
• Construction industry experience a plus
• Proficient computer and MS Office (WORD, EXCEL) skills
• Experience with Time Keeper and UKG a plus
• Strong attention-to-detail, accuracy review, and written/verbal communication skills
• Proficient organizational and time management skills
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
