Concrete Lead / Equipment Operator

IES Commercial is seeking a full-time Concrete Lead/Equipment Operator for work in Nebraska and Kansas areas as needed.

Job Summary

1. Serve as a working lead in concrete construction on roadway lighting, traffic signal and airport jobs.
2. Inspects, drives and operates equipment.
3. Enforces and communicates all aspects of construction: safety, technology, equipment, methods, company policies, procedures, and standards.
4. Completes other duties as directed by supervisor.
5. Complies with and enforces all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
6. Travel will be required.

Qualifications  

1. 2 or more years related experience.
2. Supervisory or lead experience in a construction environment preferred.
3. High School Diploma/GED.
4. OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
5. Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
6. Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check when applicable per customer contract requirement.
