IES Commercial is seeking a full-time Concrete Lead/Equipment Operator for work in Nebraska and Kansas areas as needed.
Job Summary
- Serve as a working lead in concrete construction on roadway lighting, traffic signal and airport jobs.
- Inspects, drives and operates equipment.
- Enforces and communicates all aspects of construction: safety, technology, equipment, methods, company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Completes other duties as directed by supervisor.
- Complies with and enforces all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
- Travel will be required.
Qualifications
- 2 or more years related experience.
- Supervisory or lead experience in a construction environment preferred.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check when applicable per customer contract requirement.
