IES Commercial, Inc. is seeking a full-time Electrician for Traffic Signal, Roadway Lighting, and Airport projects throughout Nebraska and Kansas-$3,500 HIRE BONUS, Per Diem as Eligible.
Job Summary
- Works with, directs and supervises apprentice/helper craft workers
- Construction and installation of street lighting, traffic signals and airport lighting
- Works from heights in a bucket truck
- Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures
- Travel required.
Qualifications
- Street lighting and traffic signal experience a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
- Valid State Electrical Journeyman License.
- 4 - 6 years’ recent Roadway Lighting, Airports, Traffic Signal electrical experience.
- Supervisory experience in an industrial electrical construction environment.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
