IES Electrical is seeking full-time Payroll Assistant in our Holdrege office.
Job Summary
- Collects and verifies timekeeping records
- Completes processing of information into payroll/timekeeping software systems
- Assists with day-to-day payroll and record-keeping operations
- Organizes workload to comply with deadlines and priorities
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with other departments including Accounting and HR
Qualifications
- 2 years related experience preferred
- Proficient computer and MS Office (WORD, EXCEL) skills
- Experience with Time Keeper and UKG a plus
- Strong attention-to-detail, accuracy review, and written/verbal communication skills
- Proficient organizational and time management skills
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
