IES Electrical is seeking a Payroll Clerk in Lincoln, Norfolk, Grand Island, Kearney or Holdrege, NE.
Job Summary
- Collect and verify timekeeping records
- Process information into software systems
- Assist with day-to-day payroll and record-keeping operations
- Organizes workload to comply with deadlines and priorities
- Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments including Accounting and HR
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years related experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with UKG a plus
- Proficient computer and Microsoft Office program skills including Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles
