The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions to optimize business processes and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 Expertise:
- Customize, configure, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM & ERP).
- Customize entities, forms, workflows, plugins, and business process flows to meet business needs.
- Develop custom plugins, scripts, and extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and APIs using Azure services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.
- Manage data migration, transformation, and ETL processes between systems.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for Dynamics 365 applications during and after implementation.
- Configure and customize Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Design and develop web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), and X .
- Develop and maintain PowerApps solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Manage system updates, patches, and version upgrades to maintain compatibility and security.
- Prepare technical documentation including requirements, recommendations, and technical analysis.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Process Specialists and Project Managers, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design scalable solutions.
- Provide mockups/prototypes and recommend Power Platform solutions to meet business needs.
- Work collaboratively with Developers, System Engineers, and IT teams.
- Provide on-call support and be available for after-hours work when necessary.
- Work remotely as needed while maintaining the expected level of support.
Specific Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Development with X language experience. Related strong .NET/C# coders able to cross over to X coding can be possible.
- Proven track record of successful ERP implementation and optimization projects.
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development (configuration, customization, deployment, and usage).
- Proficiency in .NET, SQL, C#, X , and Azure technologies.
- Working knowledge with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and data management best practices.
- Hands-on experience integrating with third-party APIs, REST/SOAP web services.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, Active Directory, Azure AD).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O configuration and customization.
- Ability to document solutions and work with system administrators for implementation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision
- Experience in the electrical contracting or construction industry.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and GIT version control.
- Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, or Chatbots within Dynamics 365.
- DevOps experience in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator).
- Knowledge of Microsoft’s licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
