Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of the site, maintaining high standards of property maintenance, and fostering positive relationships with residents. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of property management, and the ability to handle conflicts effectively.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Handle conflict management with residents and staff to maintain a harmonious living environment.
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue generation through upselling services.
• Coordinate property maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate records related to leasing, tenant communications, and property management activities.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations such as LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) and Section 8 programs.
• Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to resolve issues amicably.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities for effective resident interaction.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus.
• Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks, including leasing agreements and tenant screening processes.
• Experience in property maintenance oversight is beneficial.
• Understanding of LIHTC and Section 8 housing programs is desirable but not mandatory.
