Job Summary :
IES Holdings is seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Environment Manager to oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Dynamics 365 environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365, Azure, and related technologies, with a focus on ensuring system reliability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities :
- Environment Management : Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 environments, including development, testing, and production instances.
- System Administration : Perform regular system administration tasks such as user management, security roles, and data integrity checks.
- Performance Optimization : Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
- Upgrades and Patches : Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and updates to keep the environment current and secure.
- Integration Management : Manage integrations with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Troubleshooting and Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365-related issues, working closely with end-users and IT teams.
