Qualifications:
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Computer literate, with the ability to use basic software applications.
- Proficient in installing HVAC systems in established residential structures.
- Must have HVAC tools including torches, manifold gauges, multi-meter, and hand tools.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a residential HVAC installer.
- EPA certification required.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
