Qualifications:
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a 3-year clean driving record.
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Paid piece rate compensation structure.
- Earn between $20 to $60 per fixture on straight time, depending on the phase of construction.
- Earn between $30 to $90 per fixture on overtime, adhering to legal overtime requirements for piece-rate workers.
