CNC Milling Machinist
$2,500 New Hire Bonus
Shift: 2nd Shift
Shift Hours: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am
Shift Differental: 15%

Plus, with our recently acquired customers in the generator enclosures business, we are rapidly expanding with orders for steel tanks and enclosures. We support our craftsmen by providing the best tools in the industry. Dedicated craftsmen and the tools to do the job are the perfect combination.
We have amazing heavy machining capabilities in our world-class job shop. Our CNC Mill Operator produces machined parts by setting up, and operating our HNK Mill. In addition they are focused on maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, and maintaining equipment/ supplies.
These machines run parts for interesting customer installations all over the country from Formula 1 racing, the concert industry, defense industry, and amusement parks. If it's a challenge and it's heavy machining, we are there for our customer. Every day is different and every day is a challenge for our employees. When others say we can't, we say, we can!

Specific Qualifications
Duties may include:
- Commitment to a safe work environment, quality product, and teamwork.
- Program experience with MasterCam A Plus
- 5 or more years of experience with Milling machines/horizontal boring mills a plus
- 5 or more years of experience in set up, creating fixtures, and starting your own machine in a job shop environment.
- Knowledge of and experience with machine and tools, including their design, uses, repair and maintenance
- Metals and the quality and machinability and uses of metals, alloys and other materials
- Mechanically inclined, and understand manufacturing techniques
- Ability to prioritize and review work
- Ability to effectively and safely operate a variety of assigned tools and equipment
- Ability to interpret blueprints, shop drawings, sketches and work orders
- Ability to maintain routine records
- Ability to move or transfer products with a hoist or overhead crane.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple priorities with frequent interruptions
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision
- Work overtime as needed
