Fabricator/Welder
$2,500 Sign-on Bonus

Greiner Industries is looking for Fabricators/Welders to join our shop in our structural division. You should have prior experience with FCAW and GMAW processes. Prior AISC certification is a plus. When it comes to custom steel fabrication – Greiner really can do it all. We create unique and challenging steel projects for our customers. Requirements:
- Ability to work in a safe, cautious manner, exercising care and concern for people, equipment, and product.
- Competency in being able to prioritize, make decisions, follow instructions, recognize, and adhere to standards of quality.
- Work independently and with others, demonstrating responsible behavior and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform daily preventative maintenance measures to ensure safety of equipment and work environment.
- Knowledge of crane rigging experience with large parts a plus.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and fabricate complex structural steel projects.
- Strong math skills.
- Knowledge of specific welding processes especially MIG, Submerged Arc, Flux Core, Gas metal arc welding.
- Self - starter
- Prior AISC Certification is a plus
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Shop Fabrication
