Specific Qualifications
- Commitment to a safe work environment, quality product, and teamwork.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of tools, equipment / materials, safe work habits and the proper care for tools and equipment.
- Able to mix and identify paints
- Prepare surfaces by filling cracks, holes, joins with caulk or other fillers.
- Be quality oriented and familiar with quality processes for painting including mil thickness and measurement methods.
- Be detail oriented and dependable
- Flexibility to work in other related departments as required.
- Works from all types of ladders.
- Read, comprehend, and follow written, standardized work instructions and trained procedures such as blueprints and SOP.
- Work cooperatively with others in a team environment.
- Must be willing to work overtime and must be willing to work weekend shifts
- Ability to reach a tape measure
- Ability to move or transfer products with a hoist or overhead crane.
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision
- Work overtime as / if needed
