General Job Description
Industrial Spray Painter
Pay: Up to $23.00/Hour
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus
$1.00/hr. Shift Differental
Company: Freeman Enclosure Systems
Shift: 2nd and 3rd Shift Positions
Classification: Non-Exempt/Hourly
POSITION SUMMARY:
Perform painting & surface preparation duties per specifications. In performing these responsibilities the painter/preparer should be able to deal with paints, solvents, & any other chemicals used to pre-pare surfaces while painting and/or cleaning.
Able to paint, with an even coat without runs, large equipment, utilizing compressed air, spray gun, and pressure pot systems without runs and with an even coat.Perform clean ups, storage, and disposal of paint products per EPA requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1 year experience with industrial painting is requiredAble to work in a manufacturing shop environmentCandidate may be asked to help out in various departments
Salary based on experience.
SIGN ON BONUS
There will be a sign on bonus offered in the amount of $1,500.00.
After 30 days of employment a $750.00 pay out will be given.
The remainder $750.00 will be paid out after employee reaches their 90 days.
