General Job Description

Join Our Dynamic Team at IES Residential as a Warranty Service Administrative Assistant!

 

IES Residential is excited to invite a dedicated and energetic Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our outstanding team. If you are passionate about organization, efficiency, and contributing to a vibrant work environment, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining schedule, and Dispatch of service crews.
  • Answer phones, and return calls, customer service (mainly by phone).
  • Compose correspondence, with builders and homeowners.
  • Establishes, maintains and updates files, records and/or other documents.
  • Data entry experience, critical thinking skills.

We will provide training on scheduling software

 Additional Duties:

  • Permits coordinator assistant
  • Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support our dynamic team.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Reliability is key.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Must be multitasking-capable yet detail-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills and record-keeping are important.
  • Ability to work autonomously within a team setting.
  • Proactive in resolving issues as they arise.
  • Excel in a collaborative team environment.
  • Uphold exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Skilled in internet usage, encompassing email, group messaging, and data gathering.
  • Showcase superior time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience with Service Titan Software and applying for permits with local jurisdictions preferred but not required.
