IES Residential is seeking a Administartive Assiistant for our NASA Office. The candidate must have a minimum of three years receptionist experience with a multiline phone. Applicants should have above average office skills including Word and Excel, demonstrated ability working with customers and high attention to detail. Receptionist will also be responsible for processing ingoing and outgoing mail, as well as other data entry duties as assigned. Electrical contracting and construction knowlege a plus but required.
