Design Coordinator – Immediate Opening

Position Overview:
The Design Coordinator will work closely with our project managers, designers, and clients to coordinate design projects from initial concept through completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for ensuring design plans are executed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating residential project designs, ensuring adherence to client specifications and company standards.
- Support design teams with project documentation, permitting, and materials selection.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to clarify design requirements and resolve issues.
- Track project milestones and maintain schedules to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Review and assist with design plans and blueprints for accuracy and feasibility.
- Maintain organized records of all design project files, including revisions and approvals.
