IES Residential is seeking an Electrical Estimator for our Single-Family Electrical Division in Charlotte, NC. Experience is preferred but willing to train the right person with the drive to learn and a strong work ethic who is organized with the attention to detail to add to our successful team.

Specific Qualifications

  • MUST HAVE Electrical knowledge
  • Follow Company guidelines on preferred selection of vendors and products.
  • Provide floor plan takeoffs and project application per Company’s recommended solutions book and technical support personnel.
  • Be able to read blueprints/electrical plans
  • Attend training and review sessions on technical requirements according to the Company’s training guidelines.
  • Meet Bid schedules and deadlines, working within and have the ability to meet a very strict timeframe.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft
  • Accubid experience
  •  
  • Work with project managers and purchaser for best take off results
  • Organization a must
