JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Foreman to lead our team on Multi-Family projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction management, with a focus on overseeing multi-family residential projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality electrical services.
The starting hourly pay for this position is $25.00, based on experience and qualifications. Journeyman license holders preferred!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on Multi-Family residential construction projects, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, builders, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and timelines.
- Plan and schedule daily activities, assign tasks to crew members, and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, outlets, switches, and equipment.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, identify potential issues or safety hazards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Mentor and train electrical apprentices and journeyman electricians, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional development.
- Manage project documentation, including permits, drawings, change orders, and material orders, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors, to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.

Specific Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations applicable to Multi-Family residential projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
