Electrical Helper

IES Residential is currently seeking Electrical Helpers to join our team in the Houston area. 

• Assist Electrician with Rough in including measuring, cutting, bending wire using hand tools
• Assist lead technicians with installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in residential homes.
• Perform basic tasks under supervision, such as running wires, mounting fixtures, and connecting electrical components.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storing tools and materials properly.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Learn and adhere to electrical codes, regulations, and best practices under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
• Support lead technicians in conducting inspections and completing service calls in a timely and efficient manner.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to the success of the residential service team.
