Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee our HR operations. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing HR policies, programs, and services, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive HR initiatives that support our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees. Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring open communication between management and staff.
- Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure regular feedback and development opportunities for employees. Support managers in performance-related matters.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain and update company policies and procedures.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development. Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. Conduct regular market analyses to inform compensation strategies.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to provide insights into HR performance and inform decision-making.
- Organizational Development: Support organizational change initiatives and help drive cultural and structural changes that align with company goals.

Specific Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within a large organization.
- Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
