Specific Qualifications
Job Description
- Expedite PO creation
- Ensure timely execution of PO expedites
- Own procurement of daily orders/ expedites
- Own return process due to quality/late orders for expedites
- Liaising with various departments to ensure expedite timely deliveries
- Notify supplier updates to procurement manager
- Prepare and maintain a daily status report of all expedites
- Track and maintain timely deliveries
- Maintain vendor relationships be responding quickly and accurately to questions
- Assist buyer in analyzing results, making recommendations for driving improved performance, and identifying opportunities in the business
- Participate in meetings as needed
- Assist Buyer on special projects
Basic Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Excel

- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
- A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations
