Job Description
Expedite PO creationEnsure timely execution of PO expeditesOwn procurement of daily orders / expeditesOwn return process due to quality / late orders for expeditesLiaising with various departments to ensure expedite timely deliveriesNotify supplier updates to procurement managerPrepare and maintain a daily status report of all expeditesTrack and maintain timely deliveriesMaintain vendor relationships be responding quickly and accurately to questionsAssist buyer in analyzing results, making recommendations for driving improved performance, and identifying opportunities in the businessParticipate in meetings as neededAssist Buyer on special projects
Basic Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent1 years of relevant work experienceProficient in Excel
