IES Residential is currently seeking Electrical Foreman's experienced in overseeing Multi-Family Projects in the San Antonio, Texas area!

Location: Job sites in and around the San Antonio, Texas area
Compensation depends on experience: 1,200-2,000 plus Bonus!
Hours: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Multi-Family Projects
- Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned Hourly/Sub-Contractor workers in accordance with the engineers’ specifications and the National Electric Code
- Knowledge of local electrical code and regulations required by City Inspectors for purpose of adhering to projects schedule by passing inspections at each phase of the project.
- Manage material to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained and staged
- Manage cost control focusing on optimizing production processes, reducing material waste, and improving and/or maintaining operational efficiency.
- Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision
- Maintains working relationship with subcontractors, division managers, and other skilled trades
- Analyzes and resolves work problems
- Maintains knowledge of and enforces company safety rules and procedures
- Quickly corrects any potential hazard or promptly reports the hazard to the responsible person
- Assess material, equipment, and labor needed to complete assigned tasks and ensure all items required are ordered and at the job site in compliance with the scheduled requirements
- Communicate with others, including taking direction from a supervisor and able to give direction in a way that is understood

Specific Qualifications
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience as an Electrical Foreman in Multi-Family area
- Possess knowledge of the current National Electric Code
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to read and accurately interpret construction electrical drawings
- Demonstrates safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment
- Must have Multi Family experience as a Job Foreman
- Looking for long term commitment
