As our Foreman, you'll play a crucial role in managing our projects in single Family . Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership & Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned electricians and apprentices, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
Expert Interpretation: Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide your team in executing installations accurately and efficiently.
Team Management: Assign tasks, provide training, and mentor team members to maximize productivity and quality of workmanship.
Resource Allocation: Manage material, equipment, and manpower effectively to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
Safety Compliance: Enforce company safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve electrical issues and challenges that arise during project execution, minimizing delays and ensuring project success.
Client Communication: Interact professionally with clients, architects, and project managers to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily reports, timesheets, and material usage logs.

Specific Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Experience as an Electrican journeyman or masters in the New Construction new Famliy sector
- Extensive knowledge of the current National Electric Code
- A valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to read and accurately interpret construction electrical drawings
- Demonstrates safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment
- OSHA 10 certification
- Proven experience as a Job Foreman in New single family projects
- Great communication skills
- Looking for a long-term commitment
