Overview
We are seeking a skilled Brick Mason to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in masonry and be adept at working with various materials, including brick, stone, and concrete. This role involves constructing, repairing, and restoring structures while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair walls, foundations, and other structures using bricks, stones, or concrete blocks.
• Install stucco finishes and perform restoration work on existing masonry structures.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
• Utilize tools and equipment for cutting, shaping, and laying materials accurately.
• Perform concrete finishing tasks to achieve smooth surfaces and proper drainage.
• Execute trim carpentry work as needed to complement masonry projects.
• Conduct construction estimating to assess material needs and project timelines.
• Engage in metal stud framing for interior wall systems as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Brick Mason or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in stucco application, concrete finishing, trim carpentry, and installation techniques.
• Familiarity with welding processes is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of construction estimating practices is advantageous.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
