Business Strategy Intern - Summer 2025

IEX is looking for a highly driven candidate to work on the Chief of Staff's team in the Summer of 2025. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is excited to learn about equity market structure and electronic trading. This is a cross-functional opportunity where you will leverage your technical, teamwork, and communication skills to improve operational efficiency and create materials for key stakeholders and executive leadership.
The Business Strategy Intern will report to the Chief of Staff's team, with daily exposure to the Business Operations, Business Analytics, Product, and Executive teams. Interns will spend time developing an understanding of equity market structure dynamics and how an exchange operates while supporting the above teams through the completion of Strategic Projects that require the use of PowerPoint, Excel, and various other tools.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay is $30.00 / hour for this NY-based position. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as : training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
