Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our families and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and assistance. This role requires strong organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Previous childcare experience in a center-based care is required along with knowledge of minimum standards and childcare licensing guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist parents and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage phone systems and taking messages when necessary.
- Ensuring ratios are maintained in the classroom at all times
- Maintaining lobby and common areas clean
- Ensuring closing checklist is complete before leaving for the day
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Experience
- Child Care Experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with Child Care licencing regulations
