Information Technology Manager

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and execute the organization’s overall technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure, software systems, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Identify emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on the business.
• Act as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making and long-term planning.

Digital Transformation:

• Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives, focusing on process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze existing workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for digital enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new tools and technologies into existing operations.
• Drive the adoption of innovative platforms such as cloud solutions, ERP systems, and data analytics.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless project implementation and organizational buy-in.
• Train and support employees on new systems and technologies to ensure successful adoption and utilization.

Project Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of key technology and digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Develop KPIs to track the success and ROI of transformation efforts.
• Manage technology budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (CTO, VP of Technology, or equivalent) combined with hands-on experience in digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, software development, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex digital transformation projects, including ERP systems and process automation.
• Exceptional project management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Traits:

• Experience in manufacturing
• Familiarity with SAGE ERP systems or other enterprise platforms.
