We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Senior Generalist to lead our team in HR. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring smooth HR operations. Responsibilities Include :
Employee Relations :
Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and provide recommendations for resolution.
Benefits Administration :
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Collaborate with external vendors and brokers to ensure accurate and timely benefits administration.
Compliance :
Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Assist in audits and compliance reviews.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Recruitment and Onboarding :
Participate in recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
Training and Development :
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
Support professional development initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and benefits administration.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and database management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
