This role will assume full territory responsibilities for all assets in the assigned territory and will work closely with internal teams to identify and recover IFCO equipment in the possession of non-participating distributors or “Out-of-Network” locations like, produce markets, food banks and wholesalers.

Responsibilities
- Use digital intelligence like GPS and RFID handheld scanners to uncover or find opportunities where there’s potential loss or misuse of IFCO assets.
- Perform Retailer DC audits on a Monthly/Quarterly basis to report customer compliance used for sales opportunities. Ensure audit and scan data is uploaded in a timely manner.
- Build rapport, by visiting and calling on all locations within the region that are “out-of-network” to recover IFCO assets.
- Coordinate the transportation by leveraging internal teams to ensure success of recovery.
- Performs Grower audits and other tasks within the region on an ad hoc basis.
- Minimum AA degree or equivalent work experience
- Clean motor vehicle driving record
- Ability and willingness to travel 75%-80% of the time (3x per month), highly self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines, detail-oriented and highly organized are essential
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with little supervision
- Knowledge of Produce and Plastic Recycler Supply Chains helpful
