Responsibilities
- Use digital intelligence like GPS and RFID handheld scanners to uncover or find opportunities where there’s potential loss or misuse of IFCO assets.
- Perform Retailer DC audits on a Monthly/Quarterly basis to report customer compliance used for sales opportunities. Ensure audit and scan data is uploaded in a timely manner.
- Build rapport, by visiting and calling on all locations within the region that are “out-of-network” to recover IFCO assets.
- Coordinate the transportation by leveraging internal teams to ensure success of recovery.
- Performs Grower audits and other tasks within the region on an ad hoc basis.
- Minimum AA degree or equivalent work experience
- Clean motor vehicle driving record
- Ability and willingness to travel 75%-80% of the time (3x per month), highly self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines, detail-oriented and highly organized are essential
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with little supervision
- Knowledge of Produce and Plastic Recycler Supply Chains helpful
