Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Location : 100% Onsite – Raleigh, NC
Contract Duration : 6 months (Possible extension up to 18 months)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Job Overview :
The Administrative Assistant will support a hardware engineering team responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge custom compute chips.
The role involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, assisting with events, and handling expenses. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting multiple individuals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage schedules and calendars for two individuals
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Organize and assist with morale events and onsite events
- Act as a scheduling coordinator
- Handle department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations
- Complete special projects as assigned
