- The Digital Enterprise Sales team at MS is seeking a dedicated Digital Enterprise Sales Specialist to drive digital transformation for organizations by ensuring an active and engaged channel ecosystem aligned to customer needs. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate co-sell partnerships and support the success of key strategic solution partners.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to orchestrate processes, set expectations, and build trust with partners.
- Drive leads and opportunities for co-sell-ready partners by collaborating with internal teams and providing feedback on partner strategy and campaigns.
- Manage partner co-selling for strategic solution partners, focusing on joint pipeline and partner consumption of MS products.
- Develop and manage pipelines with co-sellers, ensuring the right prioritization and coverage to support targets.
- Leverage partner and customer engagements to identify and resolve key success blockers, sharing feedback among teams and driving corrective actions.
MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or relevant field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, preferably with MS sales or partner sales experience.
- Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Analytical proficiency with working with reports and using MSX Insights.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in managing and growing pipelines and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
