Typical Day in the Role:
As a Communications Specialist, you will contribute to the integration process by developing key documents, crafting communications, and supporting the team in presenting a vision for the future. Your responsibilities will include creating templates, managing email responses, and transforming raw data into compelling stories for presentations.
Key Projects:
- Support integration efforts, developing documentation and process templates
- Assist with crafting communications, including storytelling from data sets
- Create presentations and written content that align with leadership vision
- Develop FAQs, email templates, and responses to support long-term solutions
Task Breakdown:
- 10% Meetings
- 20% Responding to Emails
- 70% Independent Work (Documentation, Content Creation)

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years in a communication-related role (written communication, documentation, and content creation)

- Preferred Experience: Background in gaming or entertainment industries balancing creative and business-focused content
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint), communication creation, documentation, and data analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain processes and documentation for the integration process
- Craft polished PowerPoint decks, Excel spreadsheets, process flow charts, and email responses
- Analyze data trends and provide insights to inform strategic decisions

- Respond to customer emails with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information through storytelling
Skills & Qualifications:
