In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee critical data center projects, including new construction and site spin-ups. You will gain hands-on experience with server rack installations, network re-cabling, and managing break-fix queues. Additionally, you will work in a large-scale data center environment, similar to those of major tech companies, while maintaining a positive and collaborative work culture.

Role Summary : As a Data Center Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing programs associated with operations, overseeing end-to-end project plans, and ensuring timely delivery. You will engage with teams and resources to execute tasks or projects, communicate project plans with stakeholders, and proactively identify risks and opportunities for resolution.
4. What Are the Key Responsibilities?
Responsibilities and Duties :
Manage programs associated within the area of responsibility.
Create and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
Engage with appropriate teams and resources to execute tasks or projects.
Communicate project plans with stakeholders and teams.
Perform day-to-day project check-in and update to manage project delivery and quality.
Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate them to stakeholders and other teams.
Recognize potential customer impact of events and issues, communicate potential impact, and plan accordingly.
Review schedules and avoid conflicts when possible.
Identify, coordinate, manage expectations, and offer alternatives when defining customer solutions.
5. What Experience Are We Looking For to Drive Success?
MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum 4 years of experience with project management in large-scale data center environments.
Minimum 4 years of experience with data center operations, including hardware and infrastructure installation and maintenance.
Minimum 4 years of experience with coordinating and managing multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications :
Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience in Critical Environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU) or working in physical IT infrastructures (e.g., Servers, SANs, Networking, Capacity, DC Rack / Enclosures, structured cabling).
