Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Scientific Manager based in Diamond Bar, CA, with some work from home acceptable. The Scientific Manager will be responsible for overseeing research and development (R&D) projects, managing scientific writing tasks, conducting research, and coordinating project management activities. The role also involves engaging with business devlopment to ensure the integration of scientific insights into strategic plans.
Qualifications
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and conducting research
- Strong Project Management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
- Experience in oncology, hematology or immunology
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or MD or equivalent) in a relevant scientific field
