We are employing a sales order processor to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled and delivered on time to the customers.
This role requires careful collaboration with carriers to monitor delivery dates, organize pick-up and delivery and keep track of inventory levels.
You will also need to update sales order status to sales team in a daily basis.

Responsibilities for Sales Order Processor
Ensure all orders are checked daily to ensure orders are properly and correctly configuredInput orders into the ERP systemManage shipping delivery scheduleTrack shipments and update delivery master listCollaborate delivery updates with sales teamMonitor inventory to avoid oversellingIdentifying back order / out of stock itemsMust have attention to detail to ensure accuracy of each order pulledQualifications for Customer Care Representative :
