As a Digital Marketing Strategist at iFocus Marketing, you will be at the forefront of crafting and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our clients. You will work collaboratively with a talented team to deliver innovative solutions that drive client growth and success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand client’s business goals in order to develop proven strategies and articulate strategic opportunities to better serve our clients
- Conduct social and web audits and market research to identify opportunities for existing and potential clients
- Integrate digital and media strategies to amplify key initiatives to meet KPIs
- Deliver digital marketing solutions to business problems and pain points
- Partner with operations teams to ensure integration of digital strategies that work in sync to tell a holistic story
- Research marketing industry reports to identify pain points and trends in a client’s industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management from New Business Development, Account Management and Internal Teams
- Create digital strategies that utilize all tools and channels, including paid digital media, social, SEO and others
- Analyze analytics to identify areas of opportunity and make recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seek creative ideas for strategies
- Provide insights on latest trends and best practices of emerging concepts, trends, technologies, and their potential benefits
- Act as the strategic and executional lead through the implementation process and work directly with operations team leads to develop strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent job experience (emphasis on digital marketing preferred)
- 5 years of digital marketing experience
- Proficient in digital marketing tools
- Strong understanding of SEO and content management, which includes the understanding of keyword research, content quality and quantity and the ability to perform a full website analysis
- Experience in paid and organic media to drive and enhance consumer engagement
- Have the ability to see big picture as well as attention to detail
- Great communicator who is not afraid to share your opinion
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent problem solver who stays calm under pressure and when challenges arise
- Deep knowledge of all aspects of platforms, vendors, measurement, content creation, media, and technology
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Exhibits passion and proactive energy for new and emerging tools and technologies
- This is a hybrid position that will require at least two days per week working in our office after 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency experience
- Experience in Conversion rate optimization, UI/UX research
- Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, etc.
- GA4 certification
