Job Description: Reception
· Answer phone
· Schedule patients
· Verify all insurance benefits
· Scan documents and paper records into patient’s charts
· Data entry
· Keep office tidy and fresh throughout the day
· Check patients in for appointments
· Send recalls and referral letters or cards
· Assist patients and coworkers with insurance questions
· Create fee slips
· Monitor Weave text messages
· Send electronic correspondence to patients
Secondary responsibilities when needed:
· Dispense glasses and contact lenses
· Assist patients with glasses and contact lens purchases
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
