Summary & Objective :
Under the supervision of the Media Communications Manager, the Media Communications Associate is responsible for the organization, trafficking, and timely launch of large-scale paid social campaigns. This position is ideal for those with interest in project management, media buying, or data analysis.
Essential Functions :
Monitor client emails, responding in a timely fashion and / or delegating to the Media Communications Manager as necessary.
Prepare social media campaigns through creative processing :
Downloading files from email and uploading into the correct folders within our internal Google Drive.
Ensure the campaign creative direction aligns with the media plan (correct messaging / vehicle lines).
Review all ad copy for incentive accuracy, correct context, grammar and punctuation.
Test that landing pages are operational and set up with the correct Pixels and events.
Review selected Call to Actions to ensure they are in alignment with messaging.
Review campaign click tags against creative direction form for accuracy, testing each click tag to ensure they lead to operational landing pages.
Quality check all creative assets (images, video) for accuracy and correct content.
Use our project management system (Asana) to set up tasks for each campaign, including adding appropriate Google Drive links and any relevant information to the task before moving the campaign build to the next person in the process.
Track campaign status through iFrog’s online campaign management portal, UniFy.
Responsible for creative quality assurance prior to sending campaigns to partners for approval.
Review campaign budgets, flight dates, and locations for accuracy against buy instructions.
Review individual ads against creative direction form to ensure they were built to exact specifications (matching copy, images, landing pages, etc).
Use iFrog’s preview link tool to pull preview links for each ad.
Document any errors in the campaign’s Asana task, ensuring all errors are corrected ahead of sending preview links to partners.
Once campaign QA is complete, email preview links to partners for approval.
On a weekly basis, check the status of service landing pages for broken links and update links as necessary.
All other duties as assigned by iFrog Leadership.
Additional Responsibilities :
Attend campaign kick off calls and other client meetings to take notes and answer questions when necessary.
As needed, assist the Media Department with miscellaneous tasks.
Required Education & Experience :
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Ability to provide outstanding external and internal customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
Preferred Education & Experience :
Proficient with Meta Business Manager.
Working knowledge of the automotive industry.
Recent Google Analytics certification(s).
Proficient with Google Suite.
Proficient with macOS.
