Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Location: North Charleston, heavy industrial environment
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Day Shift: 2PM - 9 PM
Summary:
Our Cleaners performs a variety of custodial activities to maintain cleanliness of facilities and grounds; and performs related activities such as moving furniture and collecting trash, high and low dusting, vacuum and much more. Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Check on all properties to ensure cleaning equipment is in working order and maintained
• Proper use of chemicals, supplies, and equipment
• Vacuums, sweeps, and mops floors; dusts, polishes, cleans, and moves furniture.
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Removes trash, places in dumpsters, and replaces liners.
• Cleaning glass and walls
• Monitor and control supplies and amenities, while minimize waste within all areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned
Special Requirements/Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Required to arrive to work on time, as well as work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and temperatures while wearing protective safety equipment
• Required to undergo a training program and participate in refresher training as needed.
• At least 1 year of Custodial experience is required, in an industrial setting preferred.
